Tdashi Iwashita is a stranger eats in the bite. He practiced at least ten professions before he decided to get into the koi world and is now especially busy with innovation. Iwashita loves to grow new varieties, because he succeeded with the now well-known ginrin asagi and ginrin shiro utsuri. The huge koi house offers more than 80 varieties and the quality is excellent. A must visit if you are in Niigata.
