Kase Koi Farm works closely with Aoki Koi Farm. The breeders are good friends and in the past even shared koi houses, parent stock and mud ponds. In 1969, Kase separated to focus entirely on koi. Just like Aoki, Kase is known for good quality metallic koi. About 20,000 koi per year are produced on this koi farm in 50 mud ponds.
