Tsuyoshi Kawakami, the founder's great-grandson, runs the day-to-day operations and produces phenomenal kohaku and sanke. Torazo's own sanke bloodline is now used by dozens of other growers because the quality is so amazing. Torazo Koi Farm is also quite modern in terms of techniques and has won one prize after another.
